This is the first cache I've ever placed! It's part way up High School Hill, on my favorite trailhead. Beware: very steep climb on the way up - you'll gain altitude rapidly. I love this hike - especially from this trailhead, and I love this town, and this is one way to contribute! The cache comes in the form of an old Altoids box, painted black to improve hide-ability. I hope you enjoy the hike! Cache is located on the right side of the trail as you head up. It's hidden in a cluster of rocks, in a crack.
Additionally, inside the cache there is a Hurtigruten trackable, which you are welcome to take and move further on its journey! I'd love to see it make its way around the world - specifically to Cologne, Germany, where I may one day see it again!
