A cache to welcome you to the Oxbow. Easy walk from the Parking Lot to the corner.
The Oxbow Eco-Center provides educational opportunities with a variety of trails leading down to the banks of the St. Lucie River. Take your time to visit the area around the main building and look at the trail maps. Several Geocaches are to be found here with more planned for the future. This cache is a tad more than a park and grab but should be easy for most cachers to find. It is a few feet off the path and close to a Saw Palmetto between two pine trees. As always use care when caching in Florida and avoid the plants and animals that could cause you harm. Replace cache as you find it so others can have the same experience of finding it. Cache when hidden contains a couple of items for the FTF to choose from. Take your pick and leave the other for the next to find.
