Back in the day, this site included Community Lake, a popular gathering spot for kids in the summertime. At one time, the spring fed lake featured a beach and swimming area. Now it has become a wetland area. This park is excellent for summer cookouts and family gatherings. If you have a fishing pole in the trunk, get it out after finishing the cache and throw a line in the Lookingglass River. Do not approach this cache from the river trail unless you prefer unnecessary bushwhacking.
