Il ponte denominato "Ponte del Mare" è il più grande ponte ciclo-pedonale italiano con una lunghezza di 466 metri e un'altezza massima di 172 metri, inaugurato ed aperto al pubblico il 8 dicembre 2009.

The bridge called "Ponte del Maree" is the largest Italian cycle-pedestrian bridge with a length of 466 meters and a maximum height of 172 meters, inaugurated and opened to the public on December 8, 2009.

Il ponte collega la riviera sud con quella nord del fiume Pescara permettendo di creare una continuità lungo il mare Adriatico ed offrendo un nuovo panorama per la città.

Il cache è un piccolo tubo di 10 cm x 3 cm
