In Honor of Mayor Tichvon Traditional Cache

Joe Tichvon (1908-2005) lived in Portland for 69 years, serving on the City Council and as Mayor, a position he held for 14 years.

Joe Tichvon Park has 1.27 acres of land, accessible playground equipment, a basketball hoop, an open play area, and a pavilion with picnic tables that can be rented by groups.
