Abandoned road Óshlíð between Bolungarvík and Hnísdalur'
In keeping with my tradition of hiding my caches in unusual out of the way places away from the usual tourist places this is placed on Óshlíð. This is an abandoned road between Bolungarík and Hnífsdalur The road was replaced by a tunnel.The walk along the road is pretty spectacular,the only other people we saw on the walk were a party of mountain bikers..
