METHODIST, ORSTON
Orston Methodist Chapel stands on land donated by Christopher Staveley. He also funded the building of the chapel which opened on March 20 1869.
Unusually for a Methodist Chapel in a rural village, it has stained glass windows which are simple by design but of a large size.
The chapel is currently one of 13 in the Grantham and Belvior Methodist Circuit.
Services are held twice monthly, on the first and third Sundays of every month.
Sadly, I am unable to find out any further information on the church. If you have any, please get in touch. I would be delighted to hear from you.
