A Bend In The Road Traditional Cache

This is a quick park and grab in a picturesque location. After finding the cache, continue up the sidewalk, to the bridge, for great photo opportunities.

This cache is not on the actual bridge as I’ve heard from other cachers that their geocaches weren’t approved because of new rules about placement on bridges. I love this spot however, and wanted to share it with fellow cachers. The container is an official magnetic geocacher container which is holding a log, pencil, and a travel bug I picked up in VT. Please make sure to carefully put the lid back on all the way so the contents stay safe and dry.

There is no designated parking but there are some shoulders on either end of the bridge to pull off on. In nice weather people like to fish on the river so please use extra stealth when retrieving this cache. Have fun and as always be respectful of the area.
