Ok2bclever: They are really tearing up this building and property making it too dangerous for geocaching currently. I also haven't been able to determine who the future owner will be so I am closing this cache down and I'll find another nearby location for a different style cache to replace the loss.

Geocache Description:

This is a simple park & grab added in an area that needed one for those addicted to getting geocaches every day (or night). It is part of a weekly series of geocaches over the next several months especially designed with the trials and tribulations of Michigan winter in mind.

Sadly, another closed business location. Way too many of these in our area. This urban geocache has a log, but no room for swag or a writing utensil. So, bring your own pen/pencil to sign the log. Please use care when removing and replacing the log in the baggie to keep the baggie intact and waterproof and make sure it seals so the log and your entry remains dry. After signing and resealing the log please place the geocache back as you found it for the future continued enjoyment of other geocachers..
