Where Wise county meets Jack county on 2210, safe parking about 20 feet West of cache on gravel road, if you look West you can see the power plant on the hill, it glows orange at night. It is not necessary to cross barbwire fence. Please replace where you found it and throw on some natural camo. Cache related trophy coin to first one to find! Congrats to Vaider_X for FTF!
