Easily accessible walking, by car or bicycle. Convenient parking. Joins another nearby cache to make the trip down 104th Street worth two smilies.
The name "Copy Cat" gives credit to another Cache Operator who created a similar cache in Scottsdale. My caching partner, GeoLouie and I hunted for quite awhile to locate the similar cache. It was a creative and unique hide. We enjoyed the hunt. Thank you.
