Późnobarokowa kaplica wybudowana w 1777 roku, na rzucie kwadratu o nierównych wymiarach 5,15 na 5,20 m i wysokości 7,40 m. Dach dwuspadowy pokryty dachówką. Elewacje zdobione kilkoma prostymi pilastrami. Znajduje się przy ul. Grobla w zachodniej części Pakości. Według jednej z hipotez stała tu wcześniej kaplica zbudowana w 1657 roku, jednak do drugiej połowy XVIII wieku rozsypała się w gruzy.

Late baroque chapel built in 1777 on a square plan with uneven dimensions 5,15 by 5,20 m and the height of 7,40 m. Gable roof covered with roof tiles. The facade is decorated with several straight pilasters. It is locate at Grobla street in the western part of Pakość. According to one hypothesis there was a chapel here built in 1657 however it fell apart by the second half of the 18th century.

Eine spatbarocke Kapelle erbaut 1777, uber dem Quadratgrundriss mit ungleichen Abmessungen 5,15 x 5,20 m und 7,40 m hoch. Ein Satteldach bedeckt mit Pfannen, die Fronten mit einigen einfachen Pilastern verziert. Sie steht an der Strasse Grobla im Westteil von Pakość. Nach einer der Hypothesen stand hier fruher eine 1657 erbaute Kapelle, die jedoch bis zur 2. Halfte des 18. Jh. baufallig geworden ist.
