The cache is located at the central station in north Tel-Aviv in Kiryat Chinoch, 15 Shoshana Persitz street. The station serves students of LCA (Avshlom Intitute and MOPT)

The Levinsky College of Education (LCE) was the first to use Hebrew as the language of instruction for teacher training, and the first to receive academic accreditation for all its teacher education programs. LCE was established in 1912 in Tel-AVIV by the Hovevei Zion movement (lovers of Zion). It's named for the writer, journalist, and Zionist activist Elhanan Leib Levinsky. LCE focuses on teacher training with an emphasis on pre-service training, as well as in-service continuing education.
