Our first Geocache!
You are looking for a small plastic container, with a magnet in the bottom. It is big enough to contain the log book and some small gift. You will need to cross the lock so some care will need to be taken. The Geocache is close to the water.
Baddow Mill House
I have been coming to this lock and river since I was little and absolutely love it here. Great fishing spot or just to look out over the river and mill house. It's a great walk along the river, you can follow the path from Chelmsford as far as Maldon if you'd like. Paper mill lock is only a short walk from here although I think this is a great little spot to stop for a picnic.
