Welcome to Williamsburg Road, as well as a really cool bridge to the north of Harrisonburg! To obtain this cache, you'll need to bring someone with you who has a bit of height -- or just use some other method of cache retrival. Remember to take note of the code on the container and the log book (I wrote it in 4 different spots to ensure you don't miss it) -- you'll need it for the mystery cache.
