This cache forms part of the epic Gordon’s Bay Geo-Art Anchor walking trail.
This trail overlooks the spectacular Steenbras dam, on which the geo-art anchor is laid out.
The Steenbras dam ("STEE-un bruss") is an earth-fill type dam located in the Hottentots-Holland Mountains. For much of the first half of the twentieth century it was the main reservoir for Cape Town but is now only one of many dams that supply the city.
The dam is on the Steenbras River, which, in common with most rivers in the Western Cape, has a low sediment load and delivers water of very high quality. The river and dam are named after the steenbras, a fish endemic to South Africa.
This is a straight trail from #1 to #25 (Not circular). Total distance cache to cache is about 12km - 6km there and 6km back.
In order to get the best experience you could choose to approach it in one of three possible ways:
1. Find each cache as you walk, then have a relaxing walk on the way back, enjoying the scenery
2. Find every odd number cache on the way there and every even number cache on the way back
3. Find all caches on the way there and the add-on neighbouring caches on the way back - additional 5 caches.
Whichever way you choose to do this trail, come prepared and enjoy.
NOTE: It is my intention that you should bag all the smileys on the trail that you attempt, so I have designed the finds to be not too difficult. If, after an extensive search using the hint and the given co-ordinates, you still can't find the cache, you are permitted to place a replacement cache at the spot where the hint and co-ordinates point to. If you find a container or log sheet that needs attention, you are also welcome to repair/replace it for the benefit of future cachers.

Answer 2: False - then coordinates are S 34 10.997 E 018 51.246
If your answer gives coordinates that look wrong, then they probably are, as the caches are located along a walking trail, and not in water!
