The cache is not at the listed coordinates but you will need to go there and find the Little Bridge.
Once on the Little Bridge you need to count the number of horizontal wooden planks that make up the bridge. Call this number AB.
Now use the following formula to find the actual location of the cache:

The Little Bridges series was started by Stanthews in 2009 to highlight small footbridges in remote parts of Wiltshire.
