Grey rocky landscape covered with lichens is discovered throughout the forest area of Quyon. The Huron tribe inhabited this area and used the Ottawa river for transportation and trade. Both sides of highway 148 near Quyon are rock and forest with some parts of good farm land. The Laurentians can be seen from the highway.
Park on highway as the side road is one way traffic. Cache is off the side road.look down not up
