Geocache Description:

Almost everyone has played the popular board game “Monopoly”, or at least has heard about it.  The game was "officially" born on March 19, 1935 when Parker Brothers acquired the rights to it from game inventor Charles Darrow.  From the classic board design to the hundreds of other “opoly” spin-offs, it is the best-selling board game in the world, sold in 103 countries and produced in 37 languages.

After archiving the original series a couple of years ago, I decided to redo an entirely new set of Monopoly hides for the area cachers to enjoy.

Baltic Avenue is the third space in Monopoly, but the second property. Its rents are usually double that of Mediterranean Avenue and, unlike Mediterranean, can be bought on the first turn. However, the odds of rolling a 3 are fairly low at 5.6%
