The Ronson Road Allowance is a beautiful and straight section of trail. This road allowance had deteriorated beyond use and was rehabilitated by the Nation Valley ATV Club to allow ATV and foot traffic to be able to use it once more. Frequented by the local residents in the area for skiiing, walking, and snowshoeing, this trail is groomed in the winter.
A short distance into the East end of the unopened portion of the Ronson Road allowance you will find a grouping of birch trees nestled among all the other types of deciduous trees you have found everywhere else along this road allowance. Depending on the season, weather, and direction you come at this cache, you may find a portion of this road allowance to be damp on your feet. For a higher chance of dry feet, come at this cache from the East.
