This mural is along the roadside and there is a steady flow of traffic on this road, so please be careful. The observations are of the mural on the larger wall and the overpass, and can be made from the same side of the street as the mural. You do not need to step into the street or cross the road to make the observations!
At or near the posted coordinates find the following:
- AB = the number of letters in the name of the mural
- C = the number of people listed that have the letter ”R” in their name
Using the sidewalk, walk behind the mural to the other end (approximate coordinates N 39 33.396 W 76 05.917) to find the next couple of numbers:
- D = the number of sailboats on the right end of the mural (don't count anything past the pipe)
- E = the number of crabs next to the crab trap
Now move further along the sidewalk, so that you can see the overpass.
- FG = the number of letters in the wording on the overpass
- HI = the number of Canada geese to the right of the wording on the overpass on the orange background (not on the steel support beam)
