Awesnap: Since I no longer drive to DC daily it is become too much of a chore to keep fixing these caches that constantly rack up "needs maintenance" logs. Even though I like the spot this one is done. Thanks to everyone that found it.

Potomac Yard in its heyday was one of the busiest rail yards in the Eastern United States, processing thousands of cars daily. It closed in the 1980's.
