V2 is the long segment of a right triangle with the other sides being of length of one. Being an irrational number means it goes on to infinite amount of decimal places. There are some special places found within this infinite string. One such place being 14377250 places within. Special meaning can be found there. Another of the special locations can be found at 171401823. Go there and you could just look around for what is so special.
