Trapped Frogs Traditional Cache

When I was placing this geocache, I noticed in a large green tube like item some frogs inside it.  I don't know if they can get out, but it doesn't look like they can. 

This cache is on the bike trail.  There is a place for parking either north or south of the cache. A little walking or bike riding will need to be done.  There's no room for parking on the street.
