This is a medium size tupperware cache. This is perfect for either a quick park and grab if you need - OR - if you have a little bit more time to spend, bring a camping chair and a bathing suit, (or even a kayak) and enjoy a picnic in a beautiful, quiet location right on the lake.
The cache is an easy find, and doesnt require any deep-woods or trekking through major brush.
It is a quiet area that feels somewhat hidden to the rest of the world, but watch for muggles picnicing, kayaking, and passing by on their pontoons.
When the water is very LOW, it is possible to access it from the Chatuge Dam parking area. But in rainier seasons, or if the water is UP, you will need to park in the circular loop (called The Cir on Google Maps, which is off Hinton Center Rd. )
