How to get there (From San Carlos Ave): Turn onto Phelps Rd. Take Phelps until there is a sign that says Tennis Courts. Go left there (downhill) Then, you have reached your destination.
Why: Celebrate Dr. Flonase turning 10, Dr. Flonase's 1000th cache (which is this CITO), and help clean Arguello Park.
The Terrain depends on which way you go. I am making it a 2 terrain, but could be higher or lower depending on where you go.
