4SwansT: Container removed for new caches in the area

There were already 17 editions in the Quonset Biking series, but no new caches had been hidden in several years. Decided to take a walk and hide a new cache for the series during the Quonset Bike Path - 31 Events of August RI Series event. Not the same container as the others, but hey, it works.
The first person to find the cache after publication can claim an FTF if you choose to do so. Hope you enjoy.
