Le Jardin colonial de Laeken était un jardin d'acclimatation pour les plantes du Congo, créé au tout début du XXe siècle à l'initiative du roi Léopold II. 

De Koloniale Tuin werd bij het begin van de twintigste eeuw aangelegd langs het Koninklijk domein van Stuivenberg om er exotische planten die uit Congo werden meegebracht te kweken en te verzorgen.
