A gathering in conjunction with the local community to spend a couple of hours collecting litter around the Wades Clough area.
Saturday 23rd September at 10am until 12 noon - Meeting at Knights Grange Car Park, Winsford.
Join the locals of Winsford in their first ever "Rainbow" event which not only aims to clean and tidy the environment but bring people together!
Bin bags and litter pickers provided but feel free to bring any of your own kit that might assist. I recommend bringing water to stay hydrated as there won't be anywhere to buy this from
There are Caches in the area, including a nice little series of 7 near the meeting point (cough cough).
This is my 1st ever event! So I'll loiter around with a log book of sorts! If you arrive late and we have set off for the clean up just head to the start of the footpath down Grange Lane and Shepherds Fold Drive(See Waypoint) and we will be heading Easterly towards "Them were the days"
There is a nice playpark nearby should you need to bribe the children with a reward following the clean up!
