I do not recommend using a boat with a prop motor. A jet ski would do. Paddle propulsion is best. Oh, one other way, it can be done during the hard water season. That would be my least favorite way and it could be risky.
I was able to place all parts while sitting in my kayak. However, as the water level continues to go down, reaching the final will require exiting your vessel. I am not sure how yucky that will be.
