Geocache Description:

Kit Hill Country Park a World Heritage Site for mining and part of the Tamar Valley A.O.N.B (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) has always been one of my favourite places to walk so it seemed only fitting for me to hide a few caches up here. Kit Hill was given to Cornwall Council by the Duchy of Cornwall for the people of Cornwall in 1985, to celebrate the birth of Prince William.

The cache is placed near the exit leading to Louis Tearooms.

Not your normal container which is hidden on the park boundry and adjacent to the exit / entrance gate opposite Louis Tearooms. It is quite well hidden so please be sure to return it as found.

Because of the tearooms this can be quite busy here so be aware of muggles.

For car parking, this is a pleasant easy walk from the first of the car parks on Summit Road or of course you could call in for coffee at Louis'.

Permission has been granted by the Kit Hill Park Ranger and complies with both Park and Goecaching guidelines.
