Need a Bathroom Break?
This cache is located in the city park near one of the most popular parking lots, due to the fact that it has a restroom available in a well-lit area. There are basketball courts here as well as walking trails, covered pavilions for picnicing and small parties, and a playground for young children. This park is expansive and located right in the middle of the city. Every Christmas season they host "Christmas in the Park" which entails putting out thousands of lights along the walking path. During that time of year there is a train/trolley ride that drives along the walking path to showcase the beautiful lights and help others get into the holiday spirit. They serve hot cocoa and coffee during this event and it is worth taking the kids to see if you have not already been.
This cache is actually located toward the center of the park and the parking lot is right next door to city hall. It is always well-lit and should be a fun trek for the family. The cache container is a small black bottle.
