Geocache Description:

A quick and easy multi-cache in historic Rocklin. Or is it?

Sucker Ravine is one of the many ravines in Placer County, and a popular spot for the Nisenan Maidu Indians 1,500 years before they were discovered by European explorers. Read more about them here: https://rocklinhistorical.org/rocklin_history_series/Nisenan,%20Rocklin's%20Earliest%20Culture.pdf.

This multi-cache is accessible from Dominguez Road, either by foot or bike. You will need to park down the street in the designated spaces and walk to Stage 1. Main cache is a small container that can hold trinkets, but please bring a pen to write down cache coordinates and sign the log.

Feel free to enjoy the wetlands, but make sure to respect the signs. By the time you locate the final prize you may have another meaning for the title!
