A special tool may be required for this one. PLEASE REPLACE CONTAINER EXACTLY AS YOU FOUND IT!!! .

NOTE: Sometime after October 10, 2017, the tree holding this cache was ripped down by the City. On October 22, 2017, we were fortunate enough to find the original container, and re-place it in a safer position. The new co-ordinates are about 110 metres North of the original. The new hiding spot is just inside the rail fence, but you DO NOT have to cross the fence to reach it.
This one seems to have been a real challenge for a lot of people. Please keep the difficulty rating in mind - it's not just 'hanging around'. Sharp eyes and imaginative thinking come in handy. We have changed the clue slightly, to hopefully make it a little easier. Good luck!
