Should be a quick park and grab in downtown St. Thomas
My daughter who really isn't a geo cacher recently moved in to a apartment in downtown St.Thomas in this area.The apartment buildings are massive and she has a balcony that looks over the cache site,so you may have someone looking at you while searching for the find.St Thomas is an older city with a lot of history that can be googled to learn more about the city, There are caches here and there through out the city,but this spot here to me was crying out for one.
