Borden Wood is a cosy hamlet. The school hasn't been used for its original purpose for decades. Nowadays it's a gathering place for the community - harvest suppers, Christmas carols and the occasional children's party. This cache is part of a series, at or near village halls and community centres. Other cachers can add to it and expand into other geographical areas. See the bookmark list for all the caches in the series. Perhaps not for the veritcally challenged but sheltered and close to wood and stone. After a couple of people have logged it as DNF we've added to to the clue (22.10.17). Parking is easy and you don't have to stray onto private property to locate it. You can post a letter near it, too. If you would like to expand the Village Hall Series by placing a cache of your own please contact GeoJaxx on villagehallseries@gmail.com to request a number and to add the cache to the bookmark list.
