A “lemon” can mean a number of things. First is the sour or bitter yellow fruit we are all familiar with. It is commonly used on seafood, in tea or water, to make a summertime fruit “ade”. Famous people have been blessed with the “lemon” name as well…Jack Lemon, the Lemmon Sisters (ouch!) and others. There is even a lemon shark! A “lemon” may also refer to an item that was purchased but has been plagued by numerous problems, few or none of which are fixed or repaired.
