If you have just completed Oakley CW5, you should have walked past the football pitches on your right. The path then turns left. Behind the trees on your right are rugby pitches, whereas on the left are open fields. There are views to Bromley town centre and beyond to London. It is possible to see the Shard and other tall buildings. There are also good blackberries on the woodland edge in August.
You will enter the fringe of the wood before finding this cache on Barnet Wood Road. You are looking for a plastic tub container. To visit CW7 you can either use a woodland path or walk along the road. Be careful.
