This multi-cache will take you to an old rock quarry that has been renovated into a municipal park. You'll have to visit two locations in the park to figure out the final cache coordinates.
Stage 1:
The first set of coordinates will take you to some park signage. Count the number of hinges on the front of the sign case.
a = Number of hinges
Now count the number of handicapped parking signs.
b = Number of handicapped parking signs.
Stage 2
The second set of coordinates will take you to a spot where you can see a really great view. Standing at the posted coordinates you can scan the tree line to the North and see the tops of several antenna towers sticking out past the top of the tree line. Don't count antennas on the top of buildings. Only free-standing towers.

The final cache can be found by replacing the variables below with the numbers you found.

In the spirit of this abandoned quarry, the cache contains several raw gemstone rocks that you can trade for. Trade for other interesting gemstones or something else you deem to be equal or better value. The terrain at the end is a little rough depending on your route. Be careful. Watch out for thorns, poison ivy, and wildlife.
