Geocache Description:

In collaboration with the Alliance for the Great Lakes, and their Adopt-a-Beach day, please join us to clean up the Twin Ponds area.

Meet in the parking lot at 9am to get gloves, bags and DONUTS!  Event will wrap up by 10:00.  Family friendly event, hope to see you all there!

UPDATE: 9/18 I just did a site visit, and it's not bad at all! However, GreatLakes.org still wants us to collect any litter as they use the data for their studies. I can bring a canoe and a kayak if anyone would be interested in patrolling along the perimeter of the ponds, which is likely where any debris has accumulated. I would be able to increase the terrain difficulty, too, if we take to the water. Please log your will attend, and whether you're willing to climb aboard to clean up the ponds. Bring nets or long poles with hooks to snag any submerged or floating garbage. Thanks!
