Historia
El parque es pequeño pero alberga varios árboles de diferentes especies y pavos reales que andan con total libertad.
Dentro del parque cabe destacar la fuente Wallace. Tiene una base octogonal sobre la que reposan la figura de cuatro cariátides representan la Bondad, la Simplicidad, la Caridad y la Sobriedad.
Las fuentes Wallace son un tipo de fuente pública presentes en diversos países del mundo aunque la mayoría residen en París. Fueron diseñadas por Charles-August Lebourg y financiadas por Richard Wallace. Este último, filántropo británico, financió su construcción tras la guerra de Francia contra Prusia para que todos los franceses pudiesen tener agua potable, que escaseaba en la época. A Ferrol llegó donada por Juan Romero Rodríguez después de que la comprase por 1000 reales en la Exposición Universal de 1889 de París.
Este parque me trae muy buenos recuerdos de la infancia, jugando entre pavos y cisnes (que ya no hay). Aquí también celebraron su boda mis abuelos en 1956, por lo que le guardo especial cariño. ¡Espero que disfrutes del parque!

Al parque se puede acceder las 24 horas del día. Las coordenadas deberían llevar al lugar exacto. Es un envase de carrete de fotos con logbook, lápiz y un pequeño tesoro. Una vez encontrado, por favor cúbrelo de nuevo.

History
This is a small park but it holds many different types of trees and there are peacocks going around wild.
One of the most important landmarks of the park is the Wallace fountain. It has an octagonal pedestal on which four caryatids are affixed, which represent Kindness, Simplicity, Charity and Sobriety.
Wallace fountains are public fountains scattered all around the world, although most of them are in Paris. The fountains were designed by Charles-August Lebourg and financed by Richard Wallace. Wallace was a British philantropist who financed the construction of the fountains to give all Parisians the chance to have drinking water after the Franco-Prusian War. One of the fountains was brought to Ferrol by Juan Romero Rodríguez, who bought it at the Exposition Universelle of 1889 in Paris for 1000 reales.
The park brings back many good memories from my childhood. I used to play here surrounded by peacocks and swans (there aren't any swans any more). My grandparents also celebrated here their wedding in 1956, so you can imagine why this place is so special to me. I hope you enjoy it!

The park is open 24 hours. The coordinates should bring you to the exact location. The container is a small photo film box and it contains a logbook, a pencil and a small treasure. Once found, please cover it up again.
