When we received this virtual we wanted to place it somewhere close to our home, but hard to get to. We wanted it to be a place that many people will visit, but only the super adventurous would attempt out-of-season. There are many ways to get here, but all will take some effort.
This sculpture is one of 12 created by a whopping 2 tons of metal and placed through the resort. Created by a local artist (Sugar Post Metals - Fred Conlon). If you really want an adventure, you should look for all 12!
To log this cache, please post a picture of yourself/your gps/something identifying with the friend that you find here. Please also let us know the way you got here (ski lift, mountain bike, hiking power?)
Parking here is free, but a lift up the hill can be pretty pricey - and still leaves you with a good bit of work. You can take the lift up in both summer and winter. Biking is only allowed when the trails are dry. Skiing is generally available Thanksgiving - Easter.
