Geocache Description:

A Christmas Story House is a museum in Cleveland, Ohio's Tremont neighborhood. The 19th-century Victorian, which was used in the exterior scenes of Ralphie Parker's house in the 1983 film A Christmas Story, was purchased by a private developer in 2004 and has been restored and renovated to appear as it did both inside and outside in the film. The museum is part of a complex of three buildings devoted to the film, and is open to the public year-round. This Virtual Cache is available 365 days a year. (Oh fudge... it's closed for yearly maintenance in February) Your visit will be to the outside area of the house, but not required to go inside the house to complete this Virtual. Street parking is available in any direction, please obey the parking signage in the area. The area may become congested during the winter months. Be patient... It is so worth the wait!!!

Questions are...

1) On the property of the Christmas Story House, you will find a trellis, how many rungs are there on this structure? (Note: Question #1 was updated on 7/01/2020 - The "owl" is no longer there and won't be accepted as an answer after this date.)

2) Near the Gift Shoppe sign... What is written on the small blue plaque?

3) What is the color sequence of the Christmas lights on the Christmas Story House?

4) Post a photo of you with your GPS at the FLAGPOLE... (face is not required) WE DOUBLE DOG DARE YOU... TRIPLE DOG DARE YOU... to take a photo of you at the flagpole. Don't get stuck !!! Please attach your picture of you with the flagpole on your log so other geocaches can enjoy them too...

To successfully claim this Virtual cache, you must correctly answer and post all four (4) of our requests. Send us your answers via Geocaching Messenger or email us through our profile page.
