The Grace Museum was originally built as a premier hotel and was the first sight seen by railroad passengers. It was named after the owner's 16 year old daughter, Grace. It went through many changes and later was sold and the name was changed. Unfortunately, it closed in 1973. It went through years of neglect and abuse, but later in 1986 it was purchased and restored. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
