Dr. Evil was looking for a nice evil spot in the park to hide his latest installment of cacher frustration. The cache is hidden out in the wide open however you will likely not notice it for a long while. You might, perhaps, get lucky and figure it out quickly. Either way, please enjoy the latest installment of evil.
To get to the cache you will need to approach in the park. As with all caches on this hill, there is the hard way, slightly easier way, and then holy cow! Choose wisely on your approach direction. Terrain and attributes based on the most difficult way to the cache. The cached was named for the troll graffiti that was spray painted on the bridge support but it was painted over in a cleanup effort. I'm sure the taggers will be back with fresh art work soon.
