Geocache Description:

A guard rail on a trail? Well, not exactly, but the natural object just up the trail from here really looks like one to me. Let me know if you think so, too!

I had wanted to hide this cache at the "guard rail" itself, but there was a conflict, so I had to move it a bit farther down the trail. The object here is similar, but not as guard rail-like.

You're looking for a soda bottle preform just a few steps off the Saratoga Gap Trail in Upper Stevens Creek County Park. It's very close to parking on Skyline Blvd/Hwy 35 -- about as close as you can get to a park & grab for a trail hide.

If this hide looks like a WERDAVE hide to you, that's because it is! He graciously let me keep a duplicate container that I retrieved farther down the trail, so I re-hid it in the same park on my way out.

The terrain rating is for the few steps up to reach the cache. Otherwise, this is an easy 1.5 terrain to get to the cache.

Please respect park hours of 8:00 am to sunset, and happy hunting!

Congrats to Cats4us on their first U.S. FTF!
