I've made the difficulty level 2 because it's not easy to keep a signal in downtown Chicago, and when I was close to the virtual site the coordinates fluctuated constantly while I was standing still. That could be due to what this virtual site is.
To get credit for this virtual cache you may post your find, but you must email me with the number of "panels" and what the "panels" are as mentioned on the sign at the posted coordinates. Please do not post your answers on geocaching.com.
After earning credit for this virtual cache, visit the exhibit "Earth From Above" which includes some eye opening photography. Of particular interest, many of the photographs include the coordinates of where the photo was taken. This exhibit closes September 29, 2002, and I will remove this virtual cache at that time.
