PARQUE PARA LA PRESERVACIÓN DE LA MEMORIA HISTORICA

En este lugar, en esta fosa, bajo el seco suelo del desierto de Atacama, fueron enterrados los cuerpos de YY hombres ejecutados el 19 de Octubre de 1973 por una comitiva del Ejercito de Chile, denominada "Caravana de la Muerte", durante el gobierno militar.

Despues de sus muertes, los familiares iniciamos una busqueda por el desierto, la que aun no termina. Con fecha desconocida , los cuerpos fueron removidos de este sitio y el destino final de ellos es incierto. Sin embrago , en Julio de 1990, se logró encontrar esta fosa y rescatar pequeños fragmentos óseos que permitieron identificar a algunos de los nuestros.

Las ZZ Columnas representan a cada una de las víctimas asesinadas y desaparecidas en esta ciudad durante la dictadura

Este parque se erigió en memoria de aquellos a quienes les arrebataron sus vidas en la lucha por sus ideales y para que el legado de sus espíritus y el recuerdo imperecedero de su sacrificio, permanezca en la conciencia colectiva de Calama.

En las coordenadas iniciales encontraran una placa grabada con el texto antes mencionado, deberan anotar los números que allí aparecen y resolver esta simple ecuacion y reemplazar los valores en las coordenadas finales. Deje monedas chilenas y peruanas, tambien una bolita y elasticos para los papeles, no hay lapiz. Les pido un favor enorme, si pueden lleven agua para los arboles que se encuentran al rededor.
