Taralga Trek Too: Taralga 29 Traditional Cache

This series will take you along the Laggan - Taralga Rd. This country road is 29 kilometers long, and now fully sealed. It provides an increasingly important route for locals between the 2 towns, but more importantly to travellers looking for alternative routes between Canberra and Bathurst or the Blue Mountains.

This road is fast becoming a favourite for motorcyclists and drivers, looking to spend a few hours travelling the Goulburn-Taralga-Crookwell loop, due to its sweeping curves, good road surface and pleasant country views. 

This is a medium sized container placed near the Taralga 29km sign as you head east from Laggan to Taralga. You will need to park in a safe place and take a little climb up the embankment in the road cutting to access the cache.
