Taralga Trek Too: Laggan Tip Traditional Cache

This series will take you along the Laggan - Taralga Rd. This country road is 29 kilometres long, and now fully sealed. It provides an increasingly important route for locals between the 2 towns, but more importantly to travellers looking for alternative routes between Canberra and Bathurst or the Blue Mountains.

This road is fast becoming a favourite for motorcyclists and drivers, looking to spend a few hours travelling the Goulburn-Taralga-Crookwell loop, due to its sweeping curves, good road surface and pleasant country views.

Welcome to the Laggan Waste Disposal Centre. Please don't expect to use the facility however....it has long been closed. 

There is a driveway entrance to park in here. You are looking for a medium sized container located just inside the grounds. Although a lot of remediation has occured here, please be careful while searching.
